Connects...Am I missing something here?

Ok, this is the 3rd time I am asking this question; my other two posts are nowhere to be found.

I had an agency plus accoubt that was downgraded to an agency basic. When I try to add connects I receive this message. "Your membership plan 'Agency Basic' doesn't support purchasing connects. Upgrade your plan"

Are you saying I need to purchase an agency plus account t o purchase connects, if so why is there even a basic account? I mean why offer a basic accunt if you cannot buy connects with one.

Yes, that is what it means.

There is no point having a basic account other than to temporarily pause all your agency activity without having to actually close the agency..
