Connects Issue

Hello,
I have some issues with my Upwork account and I hope you’ll help me to fix it.
I haven’t used my account for a long time. But I reactivated the account 2 days ago and I thought that everything works fine.
But I can’t submit a proposal, though I have 60 connects.
It writes: To submit proposal to this job, contact your manager about buying additional connects.

What can I do to be able to use my current connects?

Hi Jane,

 

 I checked your account, and it looks like you are an exclusive member of your agency. As an exclusive member, profiles and proposals are branded with the agency to make the agency’s part in the work relationship clear to clients. You will need to purchase Connects under your agency account to submit proposals.
