Connects Refund

Do Upwork still refund connects if client don't hire anyone?

Hi Rahul,

 

I would like to confirm that we return Connects when a client closes their job without hiring or we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service. You can find more information here.

I purchased 100 connects by accident and would like that refunded. IMPOSSIBLE to find a solution within the live chat bot.

I read it and I guess Upwork only refunds if a client closes a job and NOT the job expired.
