Solved: Connects Reset Problem

Hey,

When will my connects reset because as a freelancer with basic membership my connects supposed to be reset in Feb 10, 2018 — Mar 9, 2018 but today date 10th march and my connects still are 0. Why?

I checked and found that your account has 60 connects available. Please log in to your Upwork account and check.
