Dear colleagues,
I have a problem. I spent all my connects more than a month ago, but I still haven't gotten my connect balance refreshed. As far as I know, it should be refreshed each month, so now I'm just at my wit's end and can't tell what's going on. I asked the Upwork support for help but didn't get any reply.
Could anyone please help me with this? Has anyone had the same problem, maybe? What am I to do to solve it?
I'll appreciate any suggestions.

If you need more connects you have to buy them or upgrade to a paid membership.
Free connects on the basic plan were discontinued a year ago
