Connects didn't reload after new cycle started

The new billing cycle of 

Jun 22, 2019 to Jul 21, 2019 started and didn't reload my connects available. The last day I used the remaining of my connects was the 22nd of June.
 
 
Has anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it?

You have to buy connects now, or upgrade to plus membership.

 I do wish Upwork would inform all its freelancers about this change. It would only mean a general email disseminated across the board. 

 

I have a feeling the forum will be jammed tomorrow from freelancers wondering what has happened to their test results. I bet Upwork has not informed non-forum participators about this move.

I got sent several emails, I can’t be the only one, and every time I login on a computer that does not have the cookie it tells me about it again.
