Connects expiring, why?

Hi,

I'm using connects for applying jobs wisely. But I have received the email that my connects is expiring. I want to use them. Please don't expire them. Today is the last day as mentioned in the email.

Hi Manahil,

Please know that Connects expire one year from the date of issue. However, you can only rollover 200 Connects per billing cycle. Agencies can rollover as many as 400. You can check this information here.

Thank you for following up.  For accounting reasons, Connects needs to have an expiration date and we are unable to hold this process.

To be fair, if you haven't used them for a whole year, you can't need them that badly...
