Connects not reflecting in my account after a billing cycle

Hello there,

 

My cycle was from 6 Jan 2018, but still no connects reflecting in my account. Could anyone please let me know how long it will take. 

 

Actullly before my account was paid account then in middle i have downgrade my account.

It is barely the 6th in California...  Give it a few hours.
