Connects used even though job was closed before application was completed.

So I was applying for a job and it was taking me a while to finish the submission because the job had an exessive amounts of questions. When I was finally done the job was already closed and Upwrok still took my connects and used it for that job even though it was no longer available, even before I pressed the submit button. Thats very NOT cool considering connects cost money now. Id like to get my connects back.

Hi Irena, 

Could you please confirm which proposal you are referring to? I checked your Connects History and do not see any Connects deducted from your Connects. I also do not see any recently sent out proposal on your Proposals page. Please share more information about your concern so that I can look into this for you.

I just checked my connects and they are back to their original number. Last night when I submit the proposal they were taken out. I’m assuming it was an error that was fixed later on. I appreciate your reply. Thank you.
