Connects won't reset every billing cycle

Hi! It's been several months since I joined upwork, but I have not received any new connects since the first batch. Can someone please help me?

Hi Nahian, 

Please know that we have moved to the paid connects system last May 2019. As such, freelancers on the Freelancer Basic Plan will not receive free Connects anymore. New freelancers will only receive 20 Connects when their registration to Upwork is approved.

Connects needs to be purchased and are sold in the following bundles: 10 for $1.50, 20 for $3, 40 for $6, 60 for $9, 80 for $12. Purchasing connects can vary based on your location, but all Upwork users will be able to purchase connects with a credit card or prepaid card. Additionally, if you have a balance on Upwork you can use it to buy connects.

I purchased a total of 30 additional connects. Will these reset at the end of the month/billing cycle?
