my billing method rescheduled but shows only zero connects, why?

generally always it was fulfilled and starts with new full 60 connects. but this term connects not fulfilled and only show's zero. how can i get back all connects also whats problem with that.

There were a million emails concerning the new policy where you have to pay for connects.

Hi Abdur,

Thanks for your question. Connects will no longer be included for free. You will be able to buy them by the bundle, as follows:

• 10 for $1.50
• 20 for $3
• 40 for $6
• 60 for $9
• 80 for $12
