Hello everyone, I'm new on Upwork.
I have sent 6 proposals 9 days ago, the last one was last Monday.
I dont have connects to send proposals, how come there are clients who didnt hire any freelancer yet and some others already hired some freelancers and I still dont have connects.
Is there other way to contact with Upwork Team?, because I only could see the Chat Community bot. I would like to know why I dont have available connects.

Please clarify what you mean.

When you send a proposal, connects are deducted from your connect bank. Depending on the job, there are different number of connects require to submit the proposal, as shown in the job description.

Just think of connects as Upwork's digital currency. You spent them. You need to buy more if you run out.
