Hello! I joined upwork recently and found that there are only 20 connects per month. Before there were 60 connects per month. Is the reduction in the connects specific for my profile?new commers? Or is it the new way?. Any reason on the down?

It's not 20 per month, it's just twenty, once.

If you want more you need to buy them now (or get a membership.)

In my humble opinion, it is just about making money. I assume Upwork changed the count so you would have to buy more connects.

starting is hard, I think it would be better if upwork took bigger percentage of commission rather than limiting freelancers, it's a crippling condition they made, it crippled me !!

Hi Zoltan,

The 20 connects you`re referring to, are only for new freelancers who are accepted. Since your account is older and was approved you won't receive the 20 connects.

I do understand what you are saying, but I never used Upwork, just finished my profile a few days ago. In the past I had a job proposal and was not sure if I'd be using **Edited for Community Guidelines**or Upwork and had to create 2 quick profiles. So there's no chance on receiving them any more, no?
