I have recently noticed that Upwork has stopped giving connects every time I respond to the invites for interview? Is it the same for everyone or just me? There seems to be an issue overall with Upwork now replenishing connects

When you reply to a direct invitation to interview (without sending a proposal first), it does not cost Connects, so it is normal they do not give Connects back.

You can look at your Connect History to follow up more closely.

Hello Sophie, yes that what I am saying so responding to direct invite does not gets you connects?

No, but it did not cost you Connects either.
