Consultations are confusing

I've just recevied two orders for a meeting from a client. They were sent late yesterday and it is now 15 minutes before the meeting. I have sent the client a response saying I will attend but I'm very confused about how all this works.

The client has sent two orders, for the same time, but with different meeting durations. As far as I can tell, one of these will be counted as a 'no-show' and affect my project success rating, despite the fact its impossible to attend both and I didn't suggest either.

Aparently, I can cancel a meeting but I can find no way to do this on Upwork. It appears to say that cancelling within 24 hours will count against me, but the client only requested the meeting less than 24 hours ago.

I don't really like how system this is working out at the moment, so I looked into removing the consultation from my profile. I can find no way to do this either.

The message about the meeting says its scheduled in Tangiers time, neither me or the client are anywhere near that. Also, while I'm at it, there is no way to change the name of the consultation, its just called 'Consultation' and I want to add what I consult about. Especially if anybody can request them at any time.

Help!

Hi Steven,

I'd like to clarify that you can cancel the project without affecting your Job Success Score within the first 24 hours. To do so, click on the three dots menu above and select Cancel order. You can find Tips to Manage Your Consultation Project here. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, I'll be sure to pass it on to the team.

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for that, I've cancelled one of the meetings. Oddly, a third meeting conversation has now appeared in my messages. It's the same meeting as the other ones, but with no messages. I really don't think the client is doing that.

It's also a bit confusing that I have to find a specific page on the site to cancel a meeting. Specifically, I have to view the contract. The meeting order appears in the messages part of the Upwork app, but theres no way to cancel it there.
