I am entering my contact number under the payment option but giving me an error. Please show me the correct format on how to input it. I'm from the Philippines

( please note I used X to show format but hide from this forum- I did use my actual number0

If you can give an example so I can copy - otherwise how do i raise a support case?

Hi Brett,

Please try adding the phone number in this format "(country code) phone number" without the plus (+) sign for the country area, make sure to wrap the country code in brackets and add a space between the country code and the phone number.
