Content in my specialty descriptions disappears when I try to save it.

The site suggested I type a specialty description to get jobs. I did that. I worked for hours on it and when I went to save it I was booted off the site. I logged back in and all of my content is gone. Where did it go? It says my description was saved but the content is gone, all 5,000 of it!
