Contract Completed/Work in progress

I completed a fixed-price contract, got the payment, and got the review. 

My overview report says zero work in progress, yet my contract appears to be in work in progress to the present date.

It's been more than 10 days since I got the review visible.

I tried contacting the client to end the contract but there is no response.

 

The current contract says "Active: waiting for the client to fund a new milestone."

 

I found an end contract option, but the FAQ about it says your job will not be recorded when you end a contract. 

I am not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

Hi Hrishabh,

 

You have the option to end the contract in case there is no new task expected on the job and the client is no longer responding to you. The client will have 14 days to leave a rating after you close the contract. In case the client does not leave any rating, only the feedback left on the open contract will be visible on your Upwork profile.

Your job is still in progress because the client left a feedback on an open contract. You can look at this help article.
