Hi, I have a general question, My work is finished. But I see their contract ended by APP. What is the meaning of this?
The last milestone was approved one hour ago and the client said there is no new milestone. I ask him to close after some time contract auto-ended by app

Hi Zanera,
I checked with the team, and they have confirmed that most likely the client has ended the contract using the mobile App.

Thank you for replying. But the client did not leave and feedback. Can the client close a contract without leaving feedback? As per my knowledge APP appears when a contract auto closed by Upwork bot. Can you please confirm thanks

Similar thing happened to me😢😢 contract ended my bot in 11 days when the client wasnt responding and i have just requested for payment whats my fault here.client account was verified and top rated plus have paid to previous freelancers as well..amount was in escrow now vanished ...what about my payment and job count why this to me ..upwork hasnt responded me since 2 days i contacted the support .Is this the quality upwork provides ....please help me
