Contract Is Paused. Can still withdraw money under “in review” status?
Hi! my contract is paused and i'm aware that I can't bill my client for my work. However, can I still WITHDRAW the funds under "in review" status? Thank you
I am guessing these are funds that client has already approved and released from their escrow; in this case, withdrawing them after the security hold shouldn't be a problem.
