Contract On HOLD

Hello!

Recently I am able to do some projects with one of my clients, I am able to work with him for more than a month. Then one day Upwork advised me that our contact was on HOLD, I asked him about this and he said that he will going to fix it the following week. It's been already a month since he said that.

My question is what should I do? Will I still wait for him to fix our contract? Will this also give me bad feedback?

I hope you can help me with this one.

Thank You

The problem with on hold contracts is that if the client has what he/she needs then there is no reason to fix it. This has happened to me. I would probably give it 1-2 months and then close it.

They have to fix the problem which is either at their bank or maybe add a new payment method because it's expired or who knows what. If they have what they need, there is no reason to fix it if they don't plan on coming back.

So anyway, if it's been a month I'd probably consider it a done deal.
