One of my contracts paused by upwork with contract id 30068230. The client already made a request to upwork 2 days ago but did not getting any reply from upwork support and the client needs urgent work so what to do in this case please help me I am also not able to create new requests so I post this problem here

We appreciate you reaching out to us regarding this however, only your client can resolve the hold on their account. Please know that a communication is sent to clients when their accounts are put on hold with instructions on what they need to do to lift it.
