Changing the title does not help. If the work involves writing paid reviews, it is not allowed in almost all cases, and writing fake reviews is simply despicable behaviour anyway.
The milestone is still active but has a "Suspended" tag. The client says that he'll be keen on his future posts not to request reviews.
Can I upload the work? What effect would submitting the work have on my freelancer account?
