Contract Proposal via Project Catalog

Hi, I have two clients who reached out to me via my project catalog. After discussing terms in Messages, I sent them a proposed contract (from the top section of Messages; "Propose custom contract".)

Both clients said they accepted the proposed contract, but when I go to Proposals tabs, it shows them as Pending. I don't see the jobs listed under My Jobs either.

Anyone have this experience/know what's going wrong with it?

If they had actually clicked on a button on their side to accept the contract, you would have received an offer that you would then have to accept.

They didn't click it, but I don't know what the interface looks like on their end so I don't know what/where they need to click.
