Contract Suspend

Hi Moderator,

I have my contract is suspended, and I ask to client it is an upwork issue. What should I do?

Hello Indra

 

I'm sorry to hear about your contract placed on hold. This is mainly because there is an investigation initiated on your client's account which we are unable to discuss further in detail. Your contract will be restored and you will be notified as soon as the investigation is completed on the client's account. Meanwhile, please refrain from working and submitting new work on the suspended contract.
