Contract Suspended - Client Unresponsive

My contract with my client got suspended and he knew that it was his fault (payment problem). The job is done but before I got paid the contract was suspended. We've come to terms that he'll fix it but up until now he's not making a move, not even replying to my messages. What should I do?

Fixed price contract with the money in escrow - Submit for payment through the contract

Hourly - you get paid automatically for all hours you properly tracked using the tracker with work memos etc.
