Contract Suspended by upwork

Hello,

i just get a noti from upwork. your contract from this client is temporary suspended..

i dont know why? kindly explain.

and how this is solved?

and one more thing....

this is old contract and today upwork release my weekly payment for this hourly contrcat , that still in review. ( but usually now the time of i posted they clear but today they still in review) so whats happen to my payments? its also delay??

Hi Farhaj,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear about your contract. I checked the job you are referring to and noticed that the contract has been placed on hold due to an issue with the Client's account. That said, your payment has been delayed for the same reason. Your contract will be automatically restored and payment will be released as soon as the Client resolves issues with their account.
