Contract Suspended without any reason

Hi to Upwork community!

Last day when I was working on Hourly job, I spended 40 minutes over the project and stopped the timer for a while... Then once again started timer & minimized it... So once I completed job, I maximixed the time tracker to stop it but It was shocking for me that it was showing me "Timer is disabled"... 
Then when I checked the contract it was showing it is suspended... I don't know why?? 
Please help me out to remove hold as Client is also new to Upwork & don't know much about it.

Hi Saad,

If there is a problem with your client’s Upwork account, your contracts with them will be paused and you cannot continue to bill that client through Upwork until the issue is resolved. There are many possible reasons this could occur, although we can’t share the specifics regarding your client’s account due to privacy concerns. You can learn more about how to proceed here.
