Contract Suspended

One of my contracts has been suspended for almost two weeks now and some of the work I completed has been refunded due to a failed payment by the client (most of the work was paid because I used time tracking but some work was submitted as manual time). I have messaged the client twice but received no response and spoken to an Upwork customer service representative that could not give me any helpful information. I would really appreciate some feedback from Upwork about what is going on with this contract. Or am I supposed to just write it off?

That means the client never paid. The only way you will get paid is if the client appears again and pays you as a bonus.
