I recieved a notification that a contract I am apart of has been suspended. There isn't any more work to be done, I just needed to close out the contract and leave a review for my client.
Payment is still in review (last week's timesheet), should I be concerned about receiving the payment since the contract is suspended? What can I do to guarantee payment or is it already guaranteed?
Thanks so much.
If you have already completed your work on the contract, you can ask your client to end your contract or close it from your end. In case there is any issue with payment from the client, we will review your logged time in your Work Diary against the terms of Hourly Protection and payment will be released if your logged hours meet the requirements of the protection. You can refer to this help article for more information on Hourly Protection.
