Contract Suspended

My contract was suspended earlier today and my client said he was able to resolve the issue yet it still showed it was suspended. I was able to submit, receive the payment and end the contract but I want to be sure that I have my earning in my acc as this is my first contract and I am confused.

You can try reaching upwork support for confirmation regarding your contract

They will be able to confirm whether your contract is already okay or not

Hi Shanza,

 

Yes, the contract has been resumed. I checked this for you and you have successfully submitted your payment request and a client has approved your milestone. The funds have been currently subjected to a standard five-day security period and will become available for withdrawal as shown under the date details in your Transaction History. In order to check the status of your payment, please go to your account > select the Reports tab > Overview and you’ll see the funds under the Pending tab.
