Hi everyone,
Please I want to know if my contract with a client that was suspended earlier today has been resolved because my client has informed me to continue working on her project that she is fixing the issues.
Should I continue or wait until upwork notifies me?

Only Upwork can confirm the suspension has been lifted.
If the project is hourly, you will not be able to use the TimeTracker app to keep track of your work time until the suspension has been resolved by Upwork.

Hi Daniel,
I'm sorry to hear that about your contract. While we can't share any details, please ask your client to communicate with our team in order to resolve the issue with their account and resume your contract. Make sure to stop working on this contract and continue only after you can see that the contract has been resumed!

A lot of scammers use that technique to get free work. They claim, Upwork is fixing the problem, or Upwork knows about it, but in the meantime, continue working and send the work to me as soon as you're finished. When the freelancer does that, believing what the client is saying to them, they find that once the client has the work, the client disappears and the freelancer is out of the money owed..
If it were me, I would NOT continue to work until I get a notification directly and specifically from Upwork that everything is ok to resume work.
So, the answer to your question is to wait until UPWORK notifies you.
