Contract Under Review

Hi,

I got an offer from a Client and I cannot accept the offer. It is marked "under review" since January 29, and in the explanation I read that I have the right to ask for an update if there is nothing new after 3 days.

I have checked my spam mails and I didn't get any notification about this.

Can enyone help me with this problem?

Hello there, I have the same problem, it states my contract is under review, but I can't reach anyone to help me with this problem.
I also can't open a ticket.
I would be most grateful if someone could assist me with this.
