Contract always in progress

Hello,

I have a client we started the contract on March 2022, I sent her first draft and I waited for her feedback, she told me that she will approve the milestone but she will return to me in the future to finish the work, I know that the work was incomplete, so I told her ok contact me anytime to finish the work but she never returned to me again from that time. I contacted her many time but she never respond to me. I will be always available for her to complete the work at any time even if I will end the contract but I don't know if ending the contract now will decrease my job success score or No.
