Contract closed, client paid, but my account shows $0 received

Hello,

I please need help "finding" my payment. The client closed the contract  yesterday. It was fixed price so he "paid" the pre-funded amount and sent an additional payment, presumably bc he was pleased with the work. Upwork indicates both the fixed rate being submitted and additional payment.

Upwork notified me payment was made, yet the "Get Paid" window in settings says, "Your balance is $0.00".  And my PayPal is also $0 so Upwork certainly didn't pay me.  Does Upwork hold the payment for a minimum time period?  It seems as if the money is in some Upwork space between the client and me.  When will my Upwork account show the balance the client paid me? Thanks for any information you provide.

Hi Jennifer,

If you check your Overview page (Reports > Overview), you will see that the money in question is currently Pending, which means it is under the 5-day security period before it becomes available next week for you to withdraw. Please read up on this help article for more information on the Weekly Billing Cycle.

To be able to withdraw your earnings, please go to your Settings > Get Paid, and your earnings will be withdrawn to your chosen payment method.

I am also facing the same problem. It's been over two months since my client paid the amount but it is still not visible anywhere in my account.

Could someone from Upwork officials check this issue asap?
