Contract completed client asking to send all work on email address

Hello everyone , my fixed contract is completed after that client said please all work files of this project also send to my email address then I am able to download .I'm not sure how these things work. Any insight would really be appreciated.

Submit the work via Upwork (ensuring that the milestone has been funded first). After that, feel free to send the work to him via email as well. That’s perfectly fine.
