Contract does't appear in Time Tracker

I was recently hired in an hourly contract, but the contract's name does not appear in the time tracker. 

I checked the contract's terms/settings and I saw this in the Weekly Limit field: "20 hrs/week

when contract starts"  (please see attached screenshot). Is there something the client or I need to do?

Please ignore my question above. I missed the part where it says, Start Date  January 23, 2020.   Thanks!
