I have recently accepted an hourly contract. However it is not appearing on my desktop app. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps recommended on the website but nothing is working. I need to track my hours automatically so please help.

Have you logged out and then back on? That has worked for me. (Sorry if you have tried this)
