Hi Shahrear Hasan,

I'm sorry to hear about the status of your contract. While we can't share any details, please ask your client to follow up on the notification they recently received and communicate with our team in order to resolve the issue with their account and resume your contract. Make sure to stop working on this contract and continue only after you can see that the contract has been resumed.

You can't solve it. There is probably an issue with your client's payment in which case UW has communicated with them and they have to resolve it. Meanwhile, don't do any more work on that contract until it's cleared up.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My contract is on hold from past 2 days. It’s not resolved and UW has informed me not to work on this contract but the client just messaged me and said that UW has informed and given him a chance to complete this contract. He told me to complete the contract. What should I do now? Should I work on it or just wait for UW to resolve it ?
Kindly let me know.
Best regards

Absolutely nothing until the contract has been resumed.
