Contract is suspended

Recently I got my first project on Upwork. But after working more than 60% of that project, Upwork send me a notification that: "Your contract is on hold".

It's says that they are investigating the issue. And Please hold off on working on this contract through Upwork until they give me the all clear. But the deadline is today.

So, if I don't deliver the project within the deadline, then will it count as late delivery & affect to my profile?

Might want to hold off delivering if you used manual time cuz you ain't getting paid if this is hourly.

oh yikes. I would be afraid of fraud and wouldn't deliver until they fix it.
