Recently I get a message that one of my contract has temporarily suspended. It says Upwork is investigating an issue. The same thing had happened a couple of days ago. Why it is happening repetitively?

Usually (especially if it happens on Friday morning UTC) it means the client simply didn't pay for the previous week's hours.
The contract is resumed after the client pays up.
