Contract name change after it started

Hello, I have a contract that was supposed to be just design of icons for the website but I ended up to be a UX/UI designer there. I would like to know if it is possible for a client to change the contract name easily or no? I've seen old topics on this discussion but I want to know what is up with this in 2019.

No, it is not possible.
Client will need to hire you on a new contract if title needs to be changed.
