Contract on hold

Hi everyone!

 

My contract is on hold now.

Client sent all required document on Friday.

How long will it take to unhold the contract? Whom can I ask it directly?

I worried because I spent 22 hours working on this job and client already has almost finished presentation design.

Should I push the client or it's on Upwork side? The only one person who is interested in this problem solving - it's me.

And I have one question more, why Upwork didn't ask documents at the beginning? I spend 22 hours and there is a possibility that I didn't get payment.
