Contract on hold

Hello
Please my contract was placed on hold, and my client has contacted up work but they are yet to reply her as to why they placed it on old. Please help me rectify it ASAP so that I can continue the job.

If it was placed on hold yesterday, chances are the client failed to pay their bill on Monday and all they have to do is pay up...

 

Upwork will not communicate with you about issues with your client's account, you'll just have to wait until Upwork and the client sort it out between themselves.
