Contract reinstated, Where's my money though?

Hello,

My client's billing method had a problem and my contract was suspended for many days, it made me automatically give him a refund as manual hours are not protected, now the contract has been reinstated but what about the refund, how can I know that my payment is processing? It says in my transactions that I issued a refund.

Hi Emma,


Since the funds have been refunded back to your client you will need to communicate with them about this, your client can send you a bonus payment at any time.
