Contract suspended due to inactivity and JSS is effected, Client unresponsive

My client became inactive and is reponding any more.

contract got closed without any payment was made. I tried to reach the client so he can give some bonus so my jss is not impacted but it has been three weeks now he is not responding. What i can do now?
If i remove a contract from upwork which has no activity using top rated feedback removal perk, will it revive my rating back?

If it was that contract that dropped your JSS then it will calculate your JSS as if you never had the "nothing paid" contract and will show the recalculated JSS at the next update.
