Contract with two milestones, finished first one and submitted the second but contract suspended

I'm working on a contract with two milestones, I finished the first milestone and got paid, the second one is funded and I submitted the work 13 days ago without feedback yet. but I noticed that now the contract is flagged suspended from the client's part. Will the funds be transferred to my account automatically due to the fixed-project protection policy because it's already funded. And if not what should I do?
