Contract without new milestones

Hello, I finished a project and it is not closed yet. I asked my client if she was okay with it being closed, but she is not very responsive because of her business. I have worked with her before, and I think we are good. If I close it, then it will be without feedback from her, and if I leave it open, then it can also affect my JSS. What should I do?
