Hi, there is a question. If the client gives me feedback but its showing that I can’t see that before I provide feedback to the client.   “Client’s feedback is hidden until you provide feedback. “

If I will not give feedback to the client, then what will happen? Is client feedback always remain hidden?

Secondly, if I refund money to that client will that contract visibility remove from my profile?

If you don't leave feedback, the client's feedback will show on your profile after a period of time, I think 14 days.

If you refund all of the money, the public feedback will not show on your profile, but the private feedback and the fact that you have a no-pay contract will still impact your score.

Hi, actually I am not sure that feedback is actually negative or not but I am in a little doubt that may be..,

what i will give feedback and after watching client feedback i will refund then in this situation too that contract visibility removes from my profile?
