I'm having all sort of technical problems with my account. One of them is that the contracts closed since the beginning of January are not showing under my profile. Some appear as "job in progress" as they were started in December.
In the "all contracts" section, I can see them, as well as the feedback given by the client.
Could someone help me?

Edit something, ANYTHING on your profile overview, even a comma or something, save, then log out and back in, after an hour or two the profile will be up to date 😉

Petra, that's what you've told me to do. I've tried many times, but I can't save anything on my profile.

Try a different browser. Try an anonymous browser window. Scream for help and flag your own post so a moderator can manually refresh your profile.
If all that fails, have a cup of tea and stroke a cat.

Yes, I will go on trying to get help from Upwork.
As for your other suggestions, I'm afraid they won't do. I'm sort of allergic to tea and my darling cat died two years ago. This is terrible!

Hope this will work... my original problem was "escalated" about a week ago. Luckily, today, I am exceptionally able to access the forum. I wasn't for about 4 days.

My problems have been escalated again. So high they must be suffering from vertigo, I haven't heard about them yet.

Today, my photo is not showing, but the contracts closed in January (plus February) are finally showing! This is great!

Now the photo is showing. The only problem left seems to be that I can't be found in searches, therefore receive invitations.
What do you mean by basic troubleshooting method? If you mean the link to click on to clear all cookies, yes I've done it tons of time.
